How we handle your data

Short, and without legal language. If anything is still unclear after this page, write to us and we will answer in plain words.

What you send us

Your name, email and — if you choose to give it — a phone number or messenger. Details about the vessel and the breakdown. Photos of the nameplate, the part and the unit. The port where the part should arrive. We ask for nothing beyond that.

Why we need it

Only to identify the unit, find the part and get back to you. There is no other use: we do not build advertising profiles on this data and we do not sell it.

What suppliers see

When we search, we show suppliers and warehouses the photos of the unit and its description. We do not pass on your name, email or phone. If you want to deal with a supplier directly, we give their contacts to you, not the other way round.

Where it is kept

Photos and the text of your request are stored on Cloudflare servers. Only the Teranova staff working on your case have access. Correspondence lives in our work mailbox.

How long we keep it

While we are working on your case, and afterwards in the correspondence archive — so that a year later you can write “the same part as last time” and we find it in a minute. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so and we will delete it.

How to get your data back or have it deleted

Write to madelkanov@teranovagroup.com from the same address you used for the request and give the request number. We will delete everything we hold about you and confirm by reply.

Cookies and trackers

This site sets no cookies, loads no advertising or analytics trackers and shares nothing about your visit with third parties. The only data that reaches us is what you send through the form yourself.
